Windsor Forest High School Replacement – Chatham County, Georgia

J.W. Oliver Construction partnered with JE Dunn on the replacement of Windsor Forest High School in Chatham County, delivering the complete civil infrastructure package for the new campus while allowing students to safely continue attending classes at the existing school throughout construction. Completed in July 2025, the project required careful coordination to maintain school operations while building a state-of-the-art educational facility.

The scope of work included mass grading, sanitary sewer, domestic utilities, storm drainage, curb and gutter, pervious paving, roadway base construction, and asphalt paving. By managing complex site logistics and maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and schedule, J.W. Oliver Construction successfully delivered the infrastructure necessary to support the new campus.
