Lakes Boulevard East Roadway Construction – Kingsland, Georgia

J.W. Oliver Construction is currently working on the construction of Lakes Boulevard East, a new roadway designed to improve traffic flow for the City of Kingsland and the Camden County High School area. The project created a vital connection between Gross Road and Wildcat Drive, helping to ease congestion and boost transportation efficiency for students, parents, staff, and local residents.

The project includes the construction of more than one mile of new roadway and requires a full range of civil construction services. J.W. Oliver Construction is performing all major phases of the work, including mass grading, storm drainage installation, subbase construction, and asphalt paving. By performing the work with our experienced workforce and extensive equipment fleet, J.W. Oliver Construction will deliver a durable transportation corridor that supports the City of Kingsland’s continued growth, enhances mobility, and reduces traffic impacts in one of the community’s busiest areas.
